The Kalama Police Department is a full service professional law enforcement agency.  We provide 24/7 law enforcement services to the City of Kalama.  Our officers also work closely with neighboring law enforcement agencies by providing mutual aid assistance.

In addition to the general law enforcement duties, we also provide other services to the public.  These include fingerprinting, concealed weapons permits, vacation house checks, and animal control.


We take a proactive approach to preventing crime and reducing traffic collisions by using high visibility enforcement and patrols.  We also utilize community partnerships by working with citizens, business owners, and neighborhood watch groups.
